6 Chicken Thighs (Skin on)

6  Teaspoons Homech3f Jerk Marinade Paste

Olive oil – a drizzle

  1. Make 3 deep cuts over the top of each chicken thigh.

  2. Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl and add in 6 heaped teaspoons of Homech3f Jerk Marinade Paste.

  3. Mix up the chicken and Marinade, make sure you get it rubbed into the deep cuts for maximum flavour.

  4. Leave to marinate over night (Preferably) – if you’re in a rush you can skip this step!

  5. Pre-heat your oven to Gas Mark 6.

  6. Place the chicken thighs on a baking tray lined with foil (less mess, more eating).

  7. Drizzle some Olive Oil over the chicken.

  8. Grill the chicken thighs on a high heat for 10 minutes.

  9. Remove from the grill and place the chicken in the oven on Gas Mark 6 for 30 – 35 minutes.

  10. Ensure the chicken is piping hot and cooked all the way through.
